Return/Exchange Policy:

Please note our DC-Metro area boutiques will continue to honor the store credit only policy. The following policy only applies to Apple Seed Maternity Online.

Nursing bras and tanks, underwear, hosiery, Spanx, Bella Bands, skin care products, and Bugaboo strollers are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Swimwear may be returned when unworn and in original packaging with original tags and protective shields in place.

Some of our formal maternity dresses and ALL sale items may be returned for an online store credit only. Those items are noted within the description section of each individual item.

For all other items, Apple Seed Maternity Online has a 14 day return policy for a full refund. A full refund to your credit card, minus shipping charges, can only be provided for undamaged, unworn items with original tags attached to the garments.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the shipping date of your order – not the date goods are received. Returns sent after 14 days will not be honored. After 14 days all purchases become FINAL – absolutely no exceptions. Apple Seed Maternity Online does not refund initial shipping charges or shipping charges for any returns or exchanges.

Exchanges are treated as returns. You may return your item to Apple Seed Online with original tags in tact. All returns must include a Return Order Form which is included in every order that is shipped. Please write your Order# on the outside of the box prior to shipping a return.

Please note, we try to keep our website updated frequently. However, sometimes we experience a greater than anticipated demand for a particular item. If an item is backordered or no longer available, we will contact you to let you know.

Apple Seed Maternity Online is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return process. Apple Seed is also not responsible for damages that occur during care of items, such as dry cleaning, washing, wear or damages incurred during the return shipping process. No exceptions. Apple Seed Maternity Online is not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the return policy.

Shipping Information:

Apple Seed Maternity Online ships using UPS with standard ground service (5 to 7 business days), within 1-2 business days of your order. Customers have the option to expedite orders with three-day or overnight shipping for an additional charge. Some small orders (under 1 lb) or orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may be shipped using USPS priority mail. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will typically ship the following Monday. If you have specific shipping instructions please call us. We do not offer Saturday delivery at this time.

Shipping charges are as follows:

Ground: Free shipping on domestic orders over $150. $5.95 for orders less than $150

3-Day: $18

2-Day: $26

Overnight: $42

International Shipping

All international orders ship either UPS or Fedex and all duty taxes are the responsibility of the reciever.

It is the receiver's responsibility to pay all taxes, custom charges and duty fees. If items are refused at the time of delivery you will still be charged for our shipping, custom and return shipping charges.

Most international orders are shipped within 1-2 business days using a 3-5 day priority mail through UPS or Fedex. A $125 flat shipping rate will automatically be charged for all international orders. If your shipping exceeds this amount we will contact you and adjust accordingly.

Order Tracking:

Once the order is submitted, Apple Seed Maternity Online will send you an email link that will allow you to track the status of your order. Once you receive that link and your tracking number, you can go to UPS to track your order.

Sales Tax:

5% sales tax applies to Virginia residents only.

Gift Certificates:

Apple Seed Maternity Online offers online gift certificates. These can be purchased online or by phone. Apple Seed will email online gift certificates to recipients with a code to be redeemed online.

Transfer of Risk and Title:

When you order an item from Apple Seed Maternity Online, the purchase is pursuant to a shipment contract. That means once we deliver your purchase to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase passes to you. In the rare event UPS looses a package we will do all that we can to help but ultimately it’s between you and UPS to resolve.

Customer Privacy Policy:

Apple Seed Maternity Online is committed to maintaining our customers' privacy. We collect customer information for the purposes of customer service, shipping orders. We do not sell, rent or share your info with any third party companies. From time to time if our customers choose to receive our promotional emails we may send promotional information, such as sales and new arrivals and seasonal specials.
